The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) was in Washington D.C. this month participating in the semi-annual meeting of the Financial Coalition Against Child Pornography. ASACP Director of Technology and Forensic Research, Tim Henning, attended the meeting.

The Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce contacted ASACP leaders and notified them the impostors are contacting posters on message boards, claiming the content they are posting is illegal and threatening legal action. ASACP does not contact suspects themselves they report them to the right law enforcement agencies.
