Adult Industry: “Oh Shit!”
The adult industry was dealt a major blow after the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled to uphold the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 federal record-keeping law in the long-contested Connections case. The reasoning behind this- there isn’t a rational basis in the case to justify an overall rejection of the law. Now the fate of this law is in the hands of the U.S.
