Bush and his regulators continue to demonstrate their myopic understanding of people as biological being predisposed to HAVE LOTS OF SEX in their recent budget allocations that provide educational support for sex education programs that ONLY teach abstinence. The $200 Million budget proposal casts a dim shadow over America's youth, who already rank 1st in the developed world for STDs.
