If you have got European traffic, then I would definitely check these guys out.

They are the only affiliate program publicly listed on NYSE Euronext in Paris, France, and have a HUGE portfolio of sites, which are comprised mostly of VOD, dating and live cams.

It seems that many of the sites are in French, though I'm not 100% positive....Worth checking out!
