Web hosting provider Alpha Red has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. It sounds like the company has been having a rough time for awhile now and files with about $10 million in debt, $826,000 owed to the IRS. The company is also involved in a lawsuit with Microsoft for using shady tactics and tricking customers into buy needless software. Unfortunately this leaves Alpha Red customers suffering since the company is in lock down mode and isn’t offering any help.
