Strategy is the name of the game for president-elect Obama’s transition team. The team’s goal is to provide information needed to make strategic policy, budgetary and personnel decisions prior to the inauguration. With Republican commissioner Robert M. McDowell term expiring in June, 2009, and the strong ethic rules that being enforced, all eyes are turned toward the FCC transition team and the suggestions they will provide.
