A man named Brad Francis Sherman thought he would strike it rich by imprinting 'Sex Rod' on various memorabilia and collector's items. Unfortunately, the Boston Red Sox did not feel that his trademark infringed upon their well known brand, and sued him out of his dreams of profiting from his somewhat comical scam.
