A British chaplain has either gone completely insane or is very bad at telling jokes... The Rev. Peter Mullen wrote on his blog that all gay men should be tattooed with health warnings, such as "Sodomy can seriously damage your health" on the buttocks and "Fellatio kills" on chins. Now that he is having to deal with the backlash, including disciplinary action from the Diocese, he says it was all a joke. Well it's not funny and personally I don't think he was joking.
