A non-profit agency in Georgia announced a $10,000 prize plus additional marriage bonuses for any couple that would step forward and claim that they were virgins prior to marriage. Since no one accepted the challenge, the event coordinator has amended the group's position, and will now accept applications from engaged couples that have already had premarital sex but are willing to admit it was wrong.
