Australia's government seems intent on establishing national internet filters despite public outcry against the move and the fact that their last attempt at establishing national internet censorship was cracked by a teenager in a matter of days. Their latest plan, unveiled last week, indicates that users will not be able to completely opt out of the government filters, though an "additional material" blacklist will provide adults access to content deemed inappropriate for children yet still within the bounds of what is deemed legal by the countries internet censorship committee.
