Extreme Associates defendants Rob Black and Lizzie Borden have waited five years to get a resolution on federal obscenity charges stemming from videos sent through the US Posatal Service depicting rape and torture. The next proceeding for the pair and their Los Angeles company will be March 16th, 2009 as announced by U.S. District Judge Gary L. Lancaster.
