In what is believed to be the first case of enforcing a ban on pornography, a Chinese man was fined 2000 RMB (about $277) for possessing a 30 minute porn video on his computer. While the exact law he has broken remains unclear, many Chinese have spoken out against the prosecution, and the man is appealing the fine and hopes it will be reduced or dropped entirely.
