'Coitus reservatus' is a term that refers to the sexual act of inserting the penis into the vagina for extended periods of time without achieving male ejaculation. While that in itself is more bizarre than anything I've ever engaged in, it turns out that records from the ancient Eastern world show that this practice was not only common, but was frequently employed by powerful officials while at the same time they signed documents and administered other affairs of their businesses.
