Automotive behemoth Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. apparently feels that pornstars operating under names like 'Lexus Cash', and 'Alexus Winston' threaten the value of their established branding for 'Lexus' (the car). Either that, or they just want an excuse to spend a few more thousand dollars in legal bills to keep their lawyers busy.

This is stupid. In no way does a "brand" (pornstar name) in a completely different industry dilute the copyright of another company. Can you say frivolous?
