Gilbert Michael Gonzales, aka 'MikeyG', was recently given a permanent injunction prohibiting him from uploading pirated porn titles to file-sharing websites, and was hauled back to court again this week because he apparently hasn't learned his lesson. Though he claimed poverty and seems to be operating on a 'nothing to lose' M.O., the judge is not amused, and he will face real jail time if his antics don't decease.
