A German man who spent 27 hours chatting with a phone sex operator rang up a hotel bill totaling nearly $15,000 while riding a hash and methamphetames high. Despite being wanted on similar accounts from another hotel in Hanover, the man plans to appeal the charges on grounds of substantial negligence on the grounds that the hotel did not limit access to the high-cost sex line.
