David Wasserman is the owner of Lake County's last remaining strip club, the Fantasy Gentlemen’s Club, and is well aware of the recent actions taken by local law enforcement against neighboring strip clubs. Despite threats of legal action against his club, he stands firm in his resolution to remain open with fully nude girls, and feels that dancing naked is defensible as an expression of free speech under First Amendment protection.
