According to this report, the law enforcement community of St. Paul Minnesota is blatantly violating the first amendment protections of members of the adult media for no apparent reason. Several well-known reporters and amateur bloggers alike have been detained and abused in the past week, and a petition has been signed by over 35,000 people to protest the apparent disregard for first amendment liberties by the police and federal agents.
