The city of Layton in Utah is demanding that any employee that works for an adult business, even if they are simply a janitor or secretary, must register their information with the city's records or face up to $2500 in fines. While passed under the premise of fighting prostitution, the city will likely face legal resistance from civil liberties groups who will claim the code violates worker's rights.
