The city of Layton in Utah is demanding that any employee that works for an adult business, even if they are simply a janitor or secretary, must register their information with the city's records or face up to $2500 in fines. While passed under the premise of fighting prostitution, the city will likely face legal resistance from civil liberties groups who will claim the code violates worker's rights.

Then shouldn't they keep tabs on all workers?
(a bit Big Brother don't you think?)

Glad I don't live there!
I'd probably have to register as an adult webmaster.
