A somewhat sexy fitness instructor in Adams, Pennsylvania is suing the city after officials banned the establishment of a dance studio fitted with poles for teaching pole dancing. With the backing of the American Civil Liberties Union and the First Amendment on her side, Stephanie Babines should have no problem getting her studio open in no time.
