An Ohio Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling has established legal precedence that now requires strip clubs to choose between allowing their performers to show off their breasts or allowing their customers to consume alcohol. The ruling that prohibits strip clubs from serving alcohol has been in effect since 2004, but enforcement was held off by an injunction until the recent case was resolved, though it is not clear when enforcement will resume.
