The city of Miami has been fighting to close down a website operation that films the daily activities of a bunch of gay men living and having sex in a residential neighborhood. While the city wants to shut down the home by claiming it violates zoning ordinances which prohibit adult businesses from operating in residential neighborhoods, legal experts believe this case may not be in violation of zoning codes, as the public is not invited onto the premises as with typical entertainment venues.
