A specimen of the giant flower known as Amorphophallus Titanum, whose name literally translates to "the giant strangely shaped penis", has recently bloomed in Belgium, and crowds in the thousands have flocked to witness the spectacle. As well as possessing a particularly pungent aroma, the flower's phallic appearance once made it off limits for female viewing.
