A retired police officer in Canada was outraged when he noticed a fellow library visitor viewing porn on one of the library's public computers and complained to the librarian on duty to no avail. Apparently the library does not want to get embroiled in censoring usage of the public facilities, though many members of the community feel that tax-funded Internet access should not be used for porn.
