A couple in Des Moines fitted out their personal home with bondage equipment, elaborate fetish scenes, and even set up a website to promote the swinging activities held at their urban home. Though they did not charge for admission, the couple was forced to shut down their small-time operation due to complaints from neighbors and threats of $500+ per day fines from the city for violating zoning ordinances.
