Birth Control May Interfere With Ability to Smell Pheromones

5
points

Women are born with the inherent ability to smell a potential partner's DNA composition in order to determine if the genetics of a suitor are diversified from their own genetic makeup and increases the odds of having healthy disease resistant offspring. New studies show that taking 'The Pill' may interfere with this sense and could lead women to being with partners they otherwise would not have found attractive.

Well, then it's a good thing the pill also interferes with your ability to reproduce with these unsuitable partners as well.
