A male nurse that claimed he was seduced by a patient that was recovering from heart surgery just two days earlier was fired but won a reprieve from an arbitration board to have his job reinstated. Unfortunately for him, this decision was overruled by the Commonwealth Court, and his job has been re-terminated.
