William Schramm, an art gallery operator in St. Petersburg, Florida was arrested earlier this week for an artistic piece featuring a nude man sitting in a swing suspended from the ceiling. While he contends that his exhibitions should be protected by First Amendment rights, other artists in the field of erotic art contend that he is more concerned with shameless self promotion that defending any free speech rights.
