The Chippendale's brand has surprisingly been around for three decades, and has run the gamut from being an exotic dance act in Los Angeles to a nationally recognized brand, and even nearly faced obscurity as the act dwindled to a cabaret show existing only in Europe. A new investment group has now taken over and situated the act in Las Vegas as a high-brow, PG-13 rated event that plays down the production's tawdry past and focuses on building a brand that can appeal to masses of women across the country.
