I'm not sure if one of the city administrators just has a leg fetish combined with a love for bicycling, but in this request for general bike-trail planning feedback from the community, the Holy City Bike Co-op asks for submissions of 'sexy bike legs'. The request is apparently for the creation of 'sexy bike legs calendar', which should be a treat for any hardbody leg fetishist anywhere in the country.
