A teacher in Wisconsin made a brief error in judgment, and for one brief minute viewed a porn site on his website at school. Even though it was a Sunday and an arbitrator ruled that he should get his job back, a state judge ruled that the decision to terminate his employment was justified by the strict policy applied towards moral conduct in schools.
