A new measure to remove "John School" from the list of resources available to men convicted of prostitution charges is being labeled as a means of escorting a prostitution-friendly legal system into San Francisco's judicial system. While some politicians equate it to rolling out a welcome mat to prostitutes and pimps, others contest that it will allow the city to focus more resources on fighting sexual exploitation of women and children.
