A judge in Florida ruled that a 61 year old sex offender had a right to possess legal sexual material for personal private use. Since his sentencing covered any acts that would perpetuate his deviant behavior, he was initially arrested for watching and masturbating to films of adult males having sex. This was overruled and sets precedence for sex offenders rights across the country.

I agree, if you cut him off from porn it might make him deviant again.
