Should the Government Fund Pro-Marriage Counseling?

The Marriage Education Movement was established in 1996 with the help of federal funding, and according to the owner, a simple 8 hour class can improve the success rate of marriages by 50%. Considering that 50% of US marriages have been failing year after year, is it really a government issue that needs to be addressed with taxpayer money?

I think the lawyer's association of America should just marriage counseling.

A class sounds likea good idea since most people rush into marriage and end up getting divorced, but I don't think the government should be funding this.
