Considering that 50% of US marriages have been failing year after year, is it really a government issue that needs to be addressed with taxpayer money?

I think the lawyer's association of America should just marriage counseling.
A class sounds likea good idea since most people rush into marriage and end up getting divorced, but I don't think the government should be funding this.
