Thu, 07/17/2008 - 09:46 — beachboy97a7The Missouri Board of Corrections is soliciting bids to build a 116 room sex offender treatment program aimed at rehabilitating sex offenders so they can be more safely reintroduced to the public. Statistics demonstrate that the likeliness of repeat offense drops from 25% to just 2% for offenders who successfully complete such programs.
