Recently, while out on the election trail, Senator John McCain was asked whether he thought it was okay that some health insurance providers covered Viagra but not birth control pills. Though the Senator ducked the issue on the spot, it brings up an important topic of debate in national healthcare, which seems to promote the ability to have sex, but not necessarily the means to do it safely.

Well, one is to correct a health induced problem, and the other is the result of a choice (to have unprotected casual sex).
I'm not making a value judgement here, but it seems that casual sex is something people should pay for on their own, but if your legs weren't working, for example, it would be fair to have healthcare pay for a pill that made your legs work again.
