British sporting authorities have warned drug testing agents to keep an eye out for fake genitals being deployed by athletes in order to beat drug testing. The devices used conceal a clean urine sample that flows from the tip of the fake penis to fool drug inspectors who apparently must watch the test subject commit the act.
