While it reeks of prostitution, part of the reward is that they get to have the session filmed, which probably puts the whole ruse under the protection of free speech.

Geez, these girls really don't care who they sleep with.
In California, this behavior is legal as long as the resulting sexual act is filmed for commercial purposes. This is what changes it from pandering to pornography.
