Should Judges Be Allowed to Watch Legal Porn?
Tue, 06/24/2008 - 09:24 — beachboy97a7The impacts of the Ira Isaacs trial, in which the case was ruled a mistrial after it was disclosed that the presiding judge had been a porn website operator in the past, have put the question of judges and porn into the legal spotlight. As this article points out, any judge that watched even legal porn could be dismissed on the basis of prejudiced opinion. So should judges be barred outright from watching porn?

Sure, why not? As the article points out, there's crimes committed in cars, so should judges not be allowed to drive?
No, they should be kept in little boxes and only allowed outside when trials rquire them to.
This is so absurd. Maybe judges should be disbarred for living their life and becoming prejudiced about those experiences.
I would say that the a judge with industry knowledge is an advantage to the case.
