I've just been told by a contact at TelevisionX that they've been fined by OFCOM for being too "hardcore". No figures have been announced yet, but rumor has it that the fine is in the same league as the OFCOM Playboy fine last year.

TelevisionX have been getting more and more extreme for the last few months, under increasing pressure by OFCOM for pushing the TV boundaries. Recent epsidoes of Bareback Mountain, dogging diaries et al have become more extreme, showing hardcore up close shots that have led to the fine.

TelevisionX have recently launched WebtTV, a site to allow viewsers to see full British hardcore videos without OFCOM limiting the content.
