The Welch Assembly building's baby changing room unwittingly played host to an unauthorized sex scene shot by a production crew that had claimed it was just a 'conversation' scene. Now that the footage is already on tape, the government is pissed to learn that the conversation was laced with hot steamy sexual activity, which is not what they want going on in their house of politics.
