Tue, 10/09/2007 - 20:21 — J-SiNThe Regulatory Flexibility Act could spell trouble for the Department of Justice regarding the updated 2257 regulations. The argument used here is one which I have felt personally: the DoJ did not do their homework on how their actions would affect the small business owner.
