Why You Should Lie About How Many Sex Partners You've Had
Sat, 04/19/2008 - 22:00 — pocket-rockerAt some point in every relationship, someone's got to present the uncomfortable and meaningless question of how many people their partner has slept with. Despite the urge to be honest with your lover, it seems that on both sides of the coin, both men and women lie about the actual number to make their partner feel more comfortable about their sexual history- which means you should too.

It will make him feel more special if he thinks he's the only one.
You're pretty much screwed either way- best not to lie about it: she'll get over how many people you've been with, but not if she figures out your numbers don't add up.
I rather know the truth I'll get over it faster than if he lies.
Basically, everyone wants to think they're the first, best, and only person their partner has slept with; which is totally unreasonable to expect.
Because you can't remember anyway.
HAH That's a good point and if you can't remember, then technically you're not lying =)
