A sex store in Hoover, Alabama is fighting City Hall due to unfair treatment and discrimination by its local law enforcers and townspeople. The legal battle has been
going on since 2005 and somehow isn't making any progress.

Conservatives or what I usually call Right Wing Conservative Pigs have always put their nose down on anything related to blatant sexuality. With towns full of holier-than-thou self-righteous indignant morons running the place, they will start putting their foot down where it's not wanted. Who cares about freedom of speech and expression? Who cares about owners being able to police their own stores and willingly not cater to minors?

At this stage, Town Council is making all these excuses for the store to close shop and discourage others of its ilk to set up shop. At its current phase, the legal battle is just splitting hairs. The case has gone up Alabama Supreme Court.

Fortunately for the more progressive Alabamans, "Love Store" continues to spread the love as it is still open for business.
