The global mobile adult market is on the rise and 2008 saw a whopping $2.2 billion in revenues. Of course most of this is coming from Western Europe since North American mobile carriers aren’t getting with the program. The story is that the lack of age verification systems is what’s preventing the adult mobile from in expanding in North America, but some people feel that service providers simply don’t want to be associated with the adult industry.
