In one of the more inspiring news of last month, a 53 year old gay man has filed a
federal case against New York officials after he was unlawfully charged and incarcerated for prostitution. His arrest was supposedly one of the systematic ways for the police to force gays establishments in New York to close down.

Gay men have fallen prey to the "shady tactics and untruths" of the police for ages.
Even after the Stonewall incident, the police had been harassing gay men to help further the "cleaning up" of the city and to keep adult stores that cater to them closed. It was later known that fifty other gay men were arrested and put to jail of the same charges since 2004. Other federal lawsuits of similar nature are also being filed durng this time.

Maybe this guy can be someone the porn industry can follow. If you are a webmaster or a porn site producer who is being unjustly harassed or maltreated by the authorities, maybe you should start taking action and get that techie knowledge to good use. There's nothing more fun than role reversal.
