The FSC revealed that it has sent a letter to the Justice Department requesting a delay in the execution of the latest §2257 reg revisions. The FSC is hoping that the revisions will be reviewed by the new Attorney General and along with the rest of the Obama administration. Also the delay will give the industry more time to adapt to the changes related to third-party record keepers. I wish the FSC the best of luck, but it would seem that our government has bigger issues to deal with.
