I guess it’s not terribly surprising that FCC Chairman Kevin Martin announced his resignation from the FCC. The last project he was involved in, the free wireless internet, never went anywhere and there was talk that Martin would be replaced at the end of his term in 2011. I don't see this as a lose since President Obama has already chosen a replacement and this person is supposedly an advocate of net neutrality, YAY!
