With the recent HIV/AIDS scare in the Adult Industry World lobbyists are back to work in the California state capital pulling for mandatory condom use in adult productions. AIDS Healthcare Foundation lobbyist Rand Martin seems to believe that due to advance technology there is no reason to not wear a condom during filming as it can easily be edited out. Really? AVN did some digging into this claim and sure it is technically possible if you can afford the hefty price tag and find someone who knows what the hell they are doing.
