Here's a conundrum. Why would a company take on something new when they are clearly flailing around in their original business? After all these years, they still have no clear idea how to make money nor pinpoint which target market to truly embrace (b2b, b2c, which industry segment, etc.).
What's really ticking me off is that they just jump from one bandwagon to the next without really thinking things through. So then how do you create a mobile version of your website if you don’t know what the purpose of your original web property is?
I am affected by this because I really want them to stay longer in the industry and succeed. And yet with their behavior, they don't inspire confidence.

They should concentrate on figuring out their main site and putting funding on shows. Rather than spending time and money on "going Mobile."
